Previously the Head of Business Development, this new role will see Tim Sim take charge of both the Business Development and Relationship Management departments.
A veteran in the margin trading industry, Tim has over 12 years of experience in building up high-performance sales teams.

That's the reason I place it as a priority when building big teams. Everyone should have their own voice to speak up and suggest ideas or improvements."

His warrior-like mindset and genuine love for people are things I have mirrored in my daily life as well. I look forward to achieving bigger goals with the company in my new role.
